San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium Highlights 2011 took place on Wednesday, January 11th, 2012, at the Four Seasons Hotel, 217 Stevenson Street, San Francisco, at 5:30PM.

San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium Highlights 2011 summarized the major research and treatment advancements presented at December 2011's San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium. The faculty focussed on surgical, radiation, and medical oncology treatment modalities and placed these developments in context as to their immediate clinical utility.

The educational objections of this meeting were to:

• Review, summarize, and interpret important clinical results presented at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium for surgical, radiation, and medical oncologists; oncology nurses; and, other health care professionals.

• Comprehend and implement changes in surgical, radiological, and medical treatment for breast cancer.

San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium Highlights 2011 was designed to meet the educational needs of oncologists, oncology nurses, oncology pharmacists, and other health care professionals involved in the care of people with breast cancer.
